Collaboration of the century perhaps?

     Whether or not you're a fan of a Drake or a Chris Brown, one can't deny the level of impact each has had on the Hip Hop culture. The names of each being firmly cemented within the annals of music and celebrity, all the while each continues to build upon an already iconic catalog of hits and chart toppers respectively... that is until now. Long before "No Guidance" came to be, I lamented the thought of never experiencing a Drizzy & Breezy collab, and thus it has arrived...

     This single release ("No Guidance") came as a complete surprise, and has done everything but disappoint. I must say though: having both artists on the same track allowed for the superior artist (at least vocally) to come to the forefront. Chris Brown absolutely delivered a highly impactful verse for this record, which again, features Drake, which leads me to wonder if there was a sense of competition in crafting the respective verses. Maybe that last thought is only true in this egoic mind of mine, but we can't deny the tumultuous history shared between the two. In any event, all fans of hip-hop and good music in general can come to appreciate such a quality track.
